NOTICE: Cut-off Dates
The Cut-Off Date for the Omni was October 17, 2024 at 5PM Central Time. Unfortunately the hotel will not extend this.
Here are two things you can do:
1) Try booking your rooms at the Omni. They may not have our block available to you, but they still may have rooms. We will not receive our previously negotiated price, nor would they extend government rate "that we know of" ... but, give it a try. If you're able to book a room, PLEASE let us know, in the event the hotel will accept your reserved room against our block.
2) Book at our Back-up Hotel, 2 blocks away. The Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown.
While the hotel is two blocks away, they are very large block and could amount to almost ½ mile. Street cars are available for $3.00 per day that will drop you off at the Omni.
Standard room: $159. per night ++ (Cut off date 10-31-24)
To Reserve your room:
a) Call 1-800-325-3535 and ask for the CCFS – Center for Campus Fire Safety Room Block or give the operator the group code: FD2.

- You will see shoulder dates in case anyone wants to come early or stay later (shoulder dates are based on availability)
- Guestroom Rates Tax is 17.87% (sales and occupancy tax)
- Check-in time: 3:00pm; Check- out time: 12:00pm
- Reservations/Cutoff Date for accepting reservations: October 31, 2024. Please have your attendees
- Individual Cancellations without liability: 48 Hours Prior To Arrival Date. Any “no-show’s” will be charged for one night stay.
- Each individual must reserve with their own credit card at time of making reservation.
- Complimentary Wifi and Mini Fridge In each Guestroom
- Rate valid two days pre and post nights, based on availability
- Self Parking is $10 per car per day. City owned and operated parking garage.
